What can we do to help?

Pastoral Leadership is a very good read. Most times when we think of the job Pastoring a church is it can overwhelm us. This book helps us as sheeps understand what we can do to assist a Pastor pastoring a church. By reminding him of what Jesus told the apostles to do and how Paul encouraged Timothy and others to do, we become understanding of the burden it can be. Therefore we learn to pray for our Pastors, and encourage them to teach and lead acording to the vision God has given them!

It is my highest recommendation for anyone in Pastoral ministry. I have underlined it, highlighted it, and memorized so much in this book! I have even bought extra copies to give away to younger pastors. I cannot recommend it enough!
